Whitehawk FC’s Under-18s team delivered an impressive 2-0 victory over Worthing FC in the FA Youth Cup 2nd Qualifying Round on the 1st of October, 2024. Under the lights at the Sussex Transport Community Stadium, the young Hawks showcased their resilience and quality to secure a place in the next round of the prestigious tournament.

A Competitive First Half
The opening half saw both teams competing hard, with neither side able to find the breakthrough. Worthing applied pressure, but Whitehawk’s defense, anchored by goalkeeper Callum Monks, stayed solid throughout. The first half ended goalless, with the young Hawks showing strong defensive discipline to keep their hosts at bay.
