Whitehawk FC Partners with Umbro

Whitehawk Football Club is proud to announce a four-year kit sponsorship deal with iconic, heritage sportswear brand Umbro beginning with the 2025/26 season.

The partnership will see all 16 of the Hawks’ teams — from the Men’s and Women’s First Teams, youth and junior sides — wearing Umbro kits through to 2029/30 season.

Umbro’s famous double diamond logo is worn with pride across the globe — from the Premier League and the RFU to Williams F1 Racing — and countless teams in between.

Founded over a century ago, Umbro earned its legendary status by supplying the red kit worn by England in their historic 1966 World Cup Final victory over West Germany. Our numerals are a replica font of that era.

Today, the brand continues to outfit clubs around the world, including AFC Bournemouth, Everton, and Rangers.

The collaboration with Whitehawk will also feature a new streetwear range, giving fans stylish ways to wear the badge with pride — on and off the pitch.

Ryan Gayler, Director of Youth Development at Whitehawk, said:

“We are delighted to be wearing the iconic Umbro brand across the club, and look forward to seeing the sea of red around the ground and Sussex youth venues on match days. Our first team manager Shaun Saunders wanted to bring the solid red historical kit back with minimal distraction and the Umbro shirt brings that perfectly… less is more, with a retro vibe as we celebrate 80 years. The embroidered badge and text is an exclusive edition. “

Kevin Miller, Vice Chair and Head of Marketing said;

“It’s a brilliant partnership, and the new kit will make its debut during the ‘Brighton Together’ pre-season friendly against Brighton & Hove Albion on Wednesday, July 30 — the anniversary of England’s 1966 World Cup triumph. All merchandise will be available to purchase from July 1, and I hope that we’ve done the fans proud by producing a kit that pays its respects to the Legends of Hawk’s past.”
