Whitehawk have been drawn away to Hythe Town in the FA Trophy Third Round Proper, following Shaun Saunders’ side’s 3-1 victory over Lewes on Saturday.

A familiar opponent for the Hawks in recent years, it was just a few months ago that the play-off final between the two clubs took stage at The Enclosed Ground, in what was a famous night for the Sussex club.

‘The Cannons’ currently sit 10th in Isthmian South East, six points shy of the play-offs, though they do have four games in hand.

The fixture is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 9 December at Reachfields. Any other change to this date will be announced in due course.
