Andrew Sesay and Kai Brown join the Hawks

The Hawks are delighted to announce the arrivals of exciting attacking wingers Andrew Sesay and Kai Brown.

Sesay, a name familiar to the Isthmian South East Division, moved to Hastings United in November of last year after joining from Tooting & Mitcham United.

After a short stint in East Sussex, it was to Ashford United where the forward would spend the remainder of the campaign.

Adding Whyteleafe, Hythe Town, Tonbridge Angels, Three Bridges and Greenwich Borough to his list of former clubs, Sesay adds an attacking outlet to Shaun Saunders’ side following the departure of Javaun Splatt.

Joining Sesay is former Ipswich Town product Brown, who boasts an impressive CV at the age of just 21. Once a part of ‘The Tractor boys’ first team, the tricky winger further adds a hint of offensive excitement after his recent departure from Hastings United.

Spells with Dagenham & Redbridge, Grays Athletic and Hastings, Brown settles himself in East Brighton as he looks to make his mark on the division.

Appearing six times for ‘The U’s’ this campaign, Brown scored the only goal in their league defeat to Aveley on the opening day of the campaign.

Both are available for the upcoming Tuesday night trip along the coast to Lancing as the Hawks restart their league season looking to climb to the top of the table.
