The club can now confirm who will be joining Ross McNeilly’s coaching staff at The Enclosed Ground.

David Altendorff will be taking on the role as Assistant Manager after leading Lancing to an impressive 6th place in Isthmian South East last season, while Justin Jones will be our new First-Team Coach.

Dale Hurley has already been announced as the new U18s manager following the departure of Del Tobias, and Hurley arrives with a wealth of experience in that position.

Alex Marr will be the new Goalkeeper Coach, replacing Steve Harman, while Ellie-Mae Watson will be the club’s Physiotherapist.

We welcome all our new backroom staff to The Enclosed Ground ahead of the 2024/25 season.
