Whitehawk have bolstered their attacking line with the addition of 29-year-old forward, Lloyd Dawes.

A prominent name in the Sussex football scene, Dawes has spent a lot of his career at Worthing’s Woodside Road in numerous spells.

Making a name for himself at Lewes, Eastbourne Borough and Hastings United, Whitehawk becomes the latest club in his adventure, and the forward will be hoping to make an instant impact.

And, indeed, he already has, having provided the assist for Ben Pope’s last minute leveller at Cray Wanderers on Wednesday night, coming off the bench with six minutes remaining to inject a late spark.
