In advance of the new season the Hawks have strengthened their off-field management with John Summers and Ned McDonnell taking over as joint chairmen. Nigel Thornton is vice-chairman, as well as general manager. Andy Schofield is now club president and continues in his role as photographer and historian.

Adam Hart is the new head of media, with Anthony Scott re-joining the media team as programme editor.
