Whitehawk Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Ross McNeilly as first-team manager. McNeilly is a UEFA A licence coach with management experience at Aldershot Town. He was most recently first-team coach at Dorking Wanderers.  

Ross said, “I am excited to step into the role of manager. Thank you to Whitehawk FC for providing me an opportunity to achieve the success and progression that this club deserves.”

He added, “I will work hard to build a team that the supporters and community can be proud of. A team that will embody character, energy and a strong work ethic.”

Ross will lead a new management team at the Enclosed Ground, which includes Dale Hurley as U18 and Pathways Manager, as the club significantly expands the youth section, including opportunities for women and girls. Interviews are also being held this week for a new Women’s Manager.
