Mitch signed for the Hawks in July 2023. An England ‘C’ international, he played nearly 300 games for Dover Athletic, including the dramatic Easter Monday draw with the Hawks in 2014 when a Jake Robinson goal helped the Hawks survive in National League South.

Mitch then played a further 85 games for Aldershot Town in the National League.

Earlier in his career, Mitch came through the Albion youth team and made his first team debut in the final game of the 09-10 season against Yeovil Town at Withdean.
