WELCOME TO THE HAWKS SOCIAL!
HAWKS AND BISON BEER LAUNCH ‘THE HAWKS SOCIAL’ FANZONE – AT THE WHITEHAWK v LEWES GAME, SATURDAY, DECEMBER 27!
Whitehawk FC has teamed up with Brighton & Hove brewhouse Bison Beer to launch The Hawks Social — a brand-new fanzone set to change the matchday experience at the McLaren Enclosed Ground. The Hawks Social officially opens at the Christmas home derby against Lewes on Saturday, December 27.
Located in the former players’ car park, the covered fanzone brings craft beer, ‘Love Pizzas’, street food, DJs, live music and serious pre-and post-match energy to Whitehawk matchdays. It marks the first visible step in the club’s wider transformation — creating a space that’s about football, culture and community, all in one place!

Not just for Whitehawk matchdays, The Hawks Social is set to become a year-round social hub, hosting DJs, live gigs, comedy nights, private events and screenings — including key fixtures during the 2026 World Cup. A place to hang out, link up and make matchdays last longer.
Co-Chair John Summers said:
“This feels like a huge moment for the club. We’ve wanted a proper fanzone for a long time and partnering with Bison Beer makes it even better. The Hawks Social gives supporters more choice, more atmosphere and more reasons to get down early and stick around after the final whistle. It’s a big upgrade for matchdays at the Enclosed.”
Bison Beer is a proudly independent Sussex business, known for championing the local beer scene while drawing inspiration from around the world. Since opening its first bottleshop in 2015 — named among the UK’s top ten by Shortlist — Bison has grown into one of the country’s most respected small-batch brewers, with standout venues across Brighton and Hove.
Bison Beer co-owner Jack Cregan added:
“We’re buzzing to be linking up with Whitehawk FC for The Hawks Social. Whitehawk’s a proper community club that does things its own way — same as us. This is about good beers, good people and giving fans a place to socialise before and after the game. We can’t wait to introduce our mates, starting with Love’s Pizza for the Lewes derby. It’s football culture, Brighton-style.”
The Hawks Social opens from 12:00pm on Saturday, December 27.
Entry is free for all match ticket holders.
