Alfie rejoined the Hawks in January 2023 from SCFL side Newhaven, where he was a prolific scorer, netting the winner at Margate in the Velocity Cup on his second debut. His shirt at The Dockers was sponsored by his close friend Joel Daly.

While playing a significant part in the Hawks double and treble winning U18 sides, he also appeared 41 times for Haywards Heath in the County League under Shaun Saunders in 2015-16 as well as scoring a hat-trick for Horsham in January 2017 against Chatham Town in the Isthmian League South East while still only 17.

Alfie spent the 18-19 season on a soccer scholarship in the US before breaking into the Hawks first team in our first season back at step 4.

Alfie ended the game at Hythe Town in goal in August 2019, scored his first goal for the Hawks against Burgess Hill Town in November of that season and then joined the Hillians in search of regular first team football later that month.
