Whitehawk FC Welcomes Mark Wright as New First Team Coach

Whitehawk FC is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Wright, former Alfold FC manager & Chairman, as the new First Team Coach. Wright will join forces with manager David Altendorff, strengthening the club’s coaching team and bringing a wealth of experience to the role.

Wright’s extensive CV in football coaching & recruitment has already earned him an impressive reputation in the Sussex football community. His tenure with Alfold FC was marked by a deep commitment to player development and a focus on progressive work off the field. The club is excited to see how his expertise will complement Altendorff’s vision and drive for Whitehawk’s success.

Altendorff expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “Mark is a fantastic addition to our backroom staff. His knowledge and understanding of the game will be invaluable as we work towards our goals this season.”

Wright, too, is eager to begin his journey with Whitehawk FC, saying, “I’m thrilled to join such a passionate and ambitious club. I look forward to working with David and meeting the players to make an impact on and off the field.”
