Whitehawk are delighted to announce that defender Joe Shelley will be donning the red of Whitehawk for the 2022/23 season.

Shelley is another with recent ties to Saltdean United and Horsham, having helped both sides finish in the promotion spots of the county league. ‘Biff’ is a serial winner, having also won the county league with East Preston and Littlehampton.

Once labelled ‘Captain Fantastic’ whilst at Horsham, Shelley has captained virtually every side he’s played for. Biff will bring valuable experience and leadership to Shaun Saunders new look Hawks.

Joe becomes the thirteenth new signing in five weeks, as the Whitehawk revolution continues.
