Whitehawk born Ryan re-signed for the Hawks in July 22 after two years along the coast at Saltdean United. Having played in the Hawks U18 side in 2013-14 his first taste of senior football was at Haywards Heath Town. In his second spell with Heath, he scored and assisted against the Hawks in a 2-2 draw in 2019.
