Nathan signed for the Hawks in July 2022 after playing twice for Saltdean United at the end of the 21-22 season following his release by Haywards Heath Town, for whom he played 36 times last season.

Nathan played against the Hawks in both games for Heath in the 19-20 season as well as in the 0-0 draw at Hanbury Park in January 2022.

He also plays cricket for Burgess Hill CC.
