Luke joined the Hawks for the 22-23 season from Eastbourne Borough, where he signed as back up keeper, but then injury in the 21-22 season meant he never appeared in the first team.
Luke won two Isthmian League golden gloves awards during his first season with the Hawks.
He joins a line of Hawks goalscoring keepers (well at least one, in Senegal international Seny Dieng, now at QPR) with the winning goal from a goal kick in the 88th minute in Haywards Heath’s 2-1 win over Bracknell Town in the FA Trophy in 2019.
Luke was in goal for Heath when Connor Tighe put our goal of the season past him in 2019 in a 1-1 draw at the Enclosed Ground.
