Connor Tighe re-signed for the Hawks in October 2018 following his departure from Burgess Hill Town. While on loan at the Green Elephants Stadium in 2018, Connor’s goals did much to enable the Hillians to avoid relegation, as he ended the season as the club’s top scorer.

Connor played in the EFL Trophy for Brighton & Hove Albion U23, before being released by the Seagulls in 2017.

He made his first debut for the Hawks on loan from the Amex in January 2017, but was injured and made just the single appearance. Connor scored twice on his second home debut against East Thurrock United at the start of the 2017-18 season.
