Our play-off final hero Charlie re-signed for the Hawks in November 2023 after a short spell away at Horsham. He was a key member of our promotion winning side, with 15 assists and 8 goals in 43 matches.

Charlie originally joined from the Hornets in July 2022 after four seasons in West Sussex, during which time he scored 26 goals in 142 appearances.

Earlier in his career, Charlie spent three years with Albion U21 and made four appearances in the National League on loan at Aldershot Town in 2015. On his Shots debut he scored and assisted in a 2-1 win at Braintree Town, after coming off the bench. He was an unused sub for Barnsley in a League 1 game at Scunthorpe United in 2016. Charlie then made 35 appearances for Eastbourne Borough in 17-18 before joining Horsham.
