With fresh faces strolling through the door and the countdown to the new season firmly on, the time has arrived to provide an update on the playing squad ahead of the upcoming campaign.

Shaun Saunders has moved quickly in building his Whitehawk side in preparation for August with eight player announcements already made.

Those already agreed to be a part of the new season include Hamish Morrison, Nathan Cooper, Ryan Warwick, Charlie Harris, Callum Saunders, Charlie Lambert, Ashley Wadhams and new club captain, Rob O’Toole.

They join Luke Emberson as players already signed on, but with a new coaching staff settled in the dugout it caters for a few departures. 

Everyone involved with the club would like to express their upmost gratitude to the following:

The club wishes all the very best to these players in their future endeavours, and thanks them all for their service at Whitehawk Football Club.

Saunders is in discussion with the remaining names about whether they wish to be a part of the squad for next season, and updates will be provided accordingly.

An update on the pre-season schedule will also be provided as soon as the final arrangements are made.
