Jude Macdonald’s Hawks have made three signings to help boost the clubs bid to remain in the Bostik Premier League.
Firstly, we have secured the services of striker Duane Ofori-Acheampong for the remainder of the season, the Woking striker already has two goals for the Hawks this season with strikes against Enfield and Lewes.
Next up we have Jerry Amoo, the young winger is no stranger to the Bostik Premier having already featured for Leatherhead and Bishop’s Stortford this season, including scoring a brace against fellow strugglers Burgess Hill. The West Ham academy graduate joins the club until the end of the season, and is available for Saturday’s visit of his former side Bishop’s Stortford.
The final man in for the Hawks this season is goalkeeper James Broadbent, who joins the club from Shoreham. With former youth goalkeeper Jordan Hawkins on a season loan to Eastbourne United, the Hawks felt we needed some cover for and challenge ever-present Melvin Minter between the sticks.
