Today, Friday 13th March, the Isthmian League board have suspended ALL fixtures throughout the league for this coming weekend (14th March) and this coming midweek (17th March) due to the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19, otherwise known as the Coronavirus.

This will mean tomorrow’s trip to Whitstable Town and Tuesday’s away match against Burgess Hill Town will be postponed. New dates for these fixtures will be posted when known. The Isthmian League board will be reviewing the situation daily and further updates will be provided when known.

In addition, our Under 18 fixtures away vs Hastings United on Monday 16th March, home vs Bognor Regis Town on Thurday 19th March and away vs Shoreham on Friday 20th March are also postponed.

The thoughts of all at Whitehawk FC are with all those who have been affected by this virus and we strongly encourage all to follow advice given by the NHS and the UK government. Anyone showing any symptoms of Coronavirus which include a high fever and a new, continuous cough should self-isolate for 7 days and not go to a GP surgery, hospital or pharmacy.
