The Hawks take on Lincoln City in the FA Cup First Round Proper on Sunday 8th November with a 14.00 KO and our Hawks Ultras are planning something special for fans to get to the game.
They are planning a “walking bus”, which will see fans meet up in the centre of Brighton and walk from there to the ground, via pre-planned “walking bus stops”. The meeting point and time for fans is the Clock Tower, at the junction of Queens Road and North Street at 11:30. They will then depart at 11.40 and head via St James’ Street, the Hand in Hand pub, Eastern Road and East Brighton Park, arriving at The Enclosed Ground at 12.50, which also allows for a stop at the Hand in Hand, to of course sample some Brighton Bier.
The arrival time of 12.50 also means fans will arrive with plenty of time to sample the pre-match atmosphere. The walk to the match has been approved by Sussex Police and some Ultras will also be supervising the walk to ensure safety of fans.
The walk is for EVERYONE, regardless of whether you’re a Hawks fan or a Lincoln City supporter, so bring your Red and White clothing, tin-foil FA Cup’s, Scarves, Drums and most importantly, your voices, along!
