Midfielder or forward Connor Tighe joined The Hawks permanently in June 2016 after leaving Brighton and Hove Albion. Connor came through the youth system with The Seagulls and played twice for the U23 side in the Football League Trophy. He joined Bognor Regis Town on loan in March 2016 until the end of the season and then had a loan spell with the Hawks in January 2017, where he was limited to just one appearance after picking up an injury.

He scored his first goals for The Hawks in a 2-3 home defeat by East Thurrock United in August 2017.

Connor has been capped twice by Wales at U19 level.

Connor joined Bognor Regis Town on a month’s loan in October 2017, making three appearances, including two from the bench.  In January 2018 he joined Burgess Hill Town on loan.
