Midfielder or centre back Arnaud Mendy re-signed for the Hawks in January 2018 after a spell in the Maltese Premier Division.

He made his Hawks’ debut in the first game of the 2015-16 season at Hayes & Heading, where he was red carded in the first half. Arnaud scored his first goal for the Hawks in a 6-2 win at Margate in November 2015.

Mendy played at centre back against the Hawks for Hemel Hempstead at the Enclosed Ground in March 2017.

Arnaud is a full international for Guinea-Bissau.
