Vanarama Conference South    Tuesday 3rd February 2015

Whitehawk C 2 – 1 Bath City FC

An early afternoon pitch inspection was passed, after an early morning frost and a little snow earlier in the day.

Jake Robinson put the home side ahead on 29 minutes after good work and a cross from Nick Arnold.  Whitehawk had outplayed Bath but could only show a 1 goal lead at the break, when it could have been 4 or 5

The home side eased through the second half and Danny Mills doubled the lead on 59 minutes.  Only two minutes later Bath’s Stearn pulled a goal back.  On a hardening pitch play was difficult in the 2nd half – Hemel’s game was actually abandoned with them winning 3-0 tonight!

Christian Nanetti should have had a penalty to put the game far beyond Bath, but was instead unbelievably booked for diving.

3 good points puts Whitehawk upto 3rd in the league.
