The Hawks added two more players to bolster their squad ahead of the final 10 games of the season following the signings of experienced duo Hogan Ephraim and Elliot Omozusi.
Winger Hogan Ephraim started his career with West Ham and following a loan spell with Colchester United, he joined Queens Park Rangers on loan, a move which became permanent in 2008. Hogan made a total of 118 appearances for The R’s. Whilst at QPR, he had loan spells at Leeds United, Charlton Athletic, Bristol City and Peterborough United, as well as at MLS side Toronto FC. Hogan was most recently with Wycombe Wanderers, who he featured for 14 times.
Defender Elliot Omozusi started his career with Fulham, making 8 appearances for The Cottagers in between loan spells with Norwich City and Charlton Athletic. He then went from West London to East London after signing for Leyton Orient where he featured 120 times, before joining Cambridge United in 2015, making 14 appearances.
The club can also confirm the departure of Defender Paul Reid by mutual consent. We thank Paul for all his efforts whilst at the club.
